Beschreibung

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage • Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market • Become a valued resource and build relationships within the local community • Collaborate as part of a team of 8–12 Medicare Sales Agents under a Senior Manager and Regional Director • Attend mandatory training during the first five weeks of employment • Meet with members through appointments and event times that may vary at nights and on weekends • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain • Must reside in the assigned territory covering Northern Cook and DuPage Counties, including Naperville, Oak Brook, Bloomingdale, Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, and surrounding areas • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and at community-based events • Experience engaging with the community through service, retail environments, organizations, volunteer work, or local events • Valid state driver's license • Personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits, or higher based on state requirements • Flexibility to work appointments and events that may occur at night and on weekends • Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License preferred • Background in selling Medicare products preferred • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups preferred • Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred • Bilingual in English and an additional language, with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages preferred • Must complete the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test when speaking with members in a language other than English • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
