Beschreibung

• Design and build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React and TypeScript • Deliver features across React applications, Node.js/Fastify services, PostgreSQL data models, and platform integrations • Build Action Library capabilities for creating, configuring, versioning, previewing, governing, and publishing member actions • Develop and maintain REST APIs using contract-first principles, shared TypeScript models, and schema validation • Design PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and data access patterns • Develop integrations with orchestration, decisioning, and Kafka-based publishing services • Translate complex business workflows into intuitive user experiences • Build automated tests and participate in code reviews • Deliver secure, maintainable, production-quality software • Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams on requirements, integrations, and technical solutions • Ensure precise, deterministic, retry-resilient state transitions and reliable exactly-once side effects • Support graceful recovery from crashes and redeployments • Improve defect rates and debugging through AI-driven tooling • Establish the state layer as the definitive source of truth across engineering teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience • Strong React and TypeScript expertise • Experience building production-grade web applications using modern React architecture and component-based design patterns • Strong Node.js/TypeScript backend development experience building REST APIs and service-oriented applications • Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling • Understanding of front-end architecture including state management, routing, accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design • Experience with API contracts, schema validation, and strongly typed development practices • Familiarity with containerized application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development • Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing experience • Ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams • Ability to work typical Monday-Friday business hours, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
