Beschreibung

• Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Meditech EHR system • Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements • Provide insights on system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements • Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experienced in using Meditech's Clinical Ambulatory solution to optimize patient flows and bed tracking • Comfortable collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to understand current workflows related to throughput and patient bed placement • Can identify areas for improvement and design system workflows that enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient care • Proficiency in Meditech Clinical Ambulatory system build, testing, training, configuration and support • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting • Previous consulting experience in an ambulatory, healthcare setting • Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations • A minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare industry experience • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, PMP a plus • RN Certification is preferred • Travel required (75 %) • Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
