Beschreibung

• lead the design and delivery of cost accounting and service line margin engagements for hospitals and health systems • apply various costing methodologies including Time-Driven Costing (TDABC) and step-down methodologies • connect cost intelligence directly to high-stakes client decisions • play an integral role in decision support offering • partner with project and relationship leaders in client interactions with CFO and VP Finance stakeholders • contribute to the development of reusable engagement playbooks and delivery templates

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare finance consulting or healthcare provider finance, with direct responsibility for decision support, cost accounting, or service line financial analytics • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with StrataJazz Decision Support or a comparable healthcare EPM / cost accounting platform • Demonstrated experience building and delivering service line margin analyses, service line P&Ls, or DRG-level cost models • Proven ability to lead consulting engagements or major workstreams • Experience translating complex cost and margin analyses into clear, decision-ready insights for finance leaders • Strong consulting toolkit, including client-ready deliverables, executive presentations, and financial models • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior team members • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA/MBA a plus
