Beschreibung

• Play a vibrant, integral role at Huron managing projects and leading teams • Build long-standing relationships with clients while collaborating with colleagues to solve important challenges • Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions aligning with client goals and missions • Mentor junior staff on the engagement team by sharing expertise and encouraging feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5-10 years of related experience in a consulting role with Oracle Campus Solutions Financial Aid implementations • Experience as a functional application specialist • Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management • End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings • Prior technical experience with Oracle Cloud or with integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), AWS, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration • Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism • Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications • Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • Willingness to travel up to 50%
