Beschreibung

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests in a timely manner • Perform detailed corporate research using various search resources, including recent press releases and historical references • Review Intapp Open workflow requests and verify submissions contain key information • Review Conflict Results Reports to identify true potential conflicts based on team guidelines • Conduct research to determine the materiality of potential conflicts • Research the Conflicts Database and other firm documents to support conflict resolution • Contact request stakeholders to clear potential conflicts • Communicate daily with the Manager about potential-conflict resolution and concerns regarding pending requests • Document and organize conflict-resolution records • Maintain telephone and personal contact with attorneys and staff on conflict-of-interest matters • Track outstanding and ongoing workflow requests • Handle special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma or GED required • 3–5 years’ experience required, preferably in a professional services environment • Previous experience with Intapp required • Experience following bankruptcy guidelines and related rules with respect to conflicts processing preferred • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints • Ability to perform effectively with moderate supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines • Ability to interact effectively and professionally and provide exceptional service • Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis and decision making for new client/matter processing • Cover letter and resume required when applying • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodations available as necessary
