Beschreibung

• Own all local D2C E-Commerce activities across the region and ensure best-in-class implementation • Develop and implement a digital trading strategy aligned with Group strategy and DTC commercial plans • Conduct range and demand planning for responsible markets • Optimize inventory across markets to maximise sell-through and yield • Curate weekly and monthly reports monitoring category performance, sales, margin, costs, sessions, conversion rate, and average order value • Set up campaigns and promotions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sitecore, STEP, and ERP systems • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to develop and implement digital campaigns focused on sales performance • Use data to understand customers, identify pain points, and improve the omnichannel experience • Support Customer Services with second-line support queries when necessary

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in a relevant area such as eCommerce or Digital Marketing • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally for a brand or retail business • Experience with E-Commerce and CMS systems • Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sitecore experience advantageous • Keen interest in emerging technology • Business-fluent English • Additional languages advantageous • Team player with excellent organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Can-do attitude • Creativity in developing go-to-market concepts and winning solutions • Openness and flexibility in a dynamic environment • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills • Entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and strong work ethic
