Beschreibung

• Partner with the Sales team to lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements. • Build custom integrations, scripts, and demos that showcase the unique value proposition of the product to prospective clients. • Act as the "voice of the customer" for the product team, translating field feedback into actionable product requirements and roadmap items. • Develop technical sales collateral, including documentation, best practices guides, and modular code snippets. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical hurdles during the pre-sales and onboarding phases to ensure a seamless customer transition. • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes to position our technology effectively against market alternatives.

🎯 Anforderungen

• - Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Sales Engineer). • - Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.) and comfort working with APIs and databases. • - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • - A "builder" mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. • - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues on the fly. • - Track record of supporting high-growth GTM motions and hitting revenue-linked milestones. • - Experience working in early-stage or venture-backed startups. • - Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • - Familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, or specialized data tools). • - Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of technical content creation.
