Beschreibung

• Act as the technical lead for complex customer engagements • Lead pre-sales meetings, identify technical requirements, and formulate solution strategies • Create and present tailored demonstrations to key customer stakeholders • Coordinate with global services teams to transition key account information • Remain actively involved in the pre-sales-to-implementation handoff process • Compose internal documentation related to solution strategies • Provide technical responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) • Identify internal efficiencies and stay current on best practices and market trends • Represent Hyland at trade shows, conferences, and industry events • Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to fellow team members • Collaborate with product development on solution enhancements • Provide leadership with insights on team technical capabilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the role • Significant experience in technical sales with relevant industry or technology expertise • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) • Experience with general software implementation methodologies • Ability to develop and deliver engaging, informative, and compelling presentations • Strong collaboration skills and ability to establish rapport, gain trust, and drive consensus across stakeholders • Ability to manage projects to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Commitment to continuous professional development • Up to 60% travel time required • Experience presenting at industry trade shows, conferences, or events as a subject matter expert or technical spokesperson • Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software platforms and modern integration architectures • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members within a pre-sales or solutions engineering environment • Exposure to working with global or cross-functional teams across multiple time zones • Knowledge of current market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the enterprise content management space
