Beschreibung

• Provide proposal and contracts support for Requests for Proposals and active contracts with commercial and state and local clients across the nation. • Review and negotiate reliance letters for the purpose of clients’ financial transactions. • Proposal support includes preparation, review, and management of documentation and forms required for state and local proposal submissions. • Lead the contract review and negotiation process for new proposals, RFP awards, amendments to existing contracts, and new contracts. • Maintain all required contractual documentation. • Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years’ experience negotiating terms and managing commercial and state & local contracts. • 5+ years’ experience working with relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing commercial and state and local contracts.
