Beschreibung

• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of contract tasks • Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team and Agency staff • Knowledge of federal records management laws, regulations, directives, and best practices • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, work plans, project-estimates, and status reports of project activities • Respond to agency inquiries about records, obtain retired files, assist with record dispositions • Coordinate the retrieval of retirement submissions in Washington • Provide on-site scanning services for small-scale document conversion projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be US Citizen • Must have at least 5 years of experience working in a federal records management environment • Must have 4 years of experience performing supervisory duties • Must have a Secret-level security clearance • Must be personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional, with excellent customer service and written communication skills
