Beschreibung

• Lead iFIT’s shift toward AI-powered ways of working • Shape strategy for AI tooling and governance • Co-chair the cross-functional AI Governance Committee • Establish responsible-AI guardrails, technical standards, approved-tool standards, and agent evaluation and monitoring frameworks • Set technical architecture and reusable patterns for scalable enterprise AI use • Monitor the AI market and assess emerging tools and techniques • Build and lead a community of business AI leaders across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Product, and other functions • Deliver or coordinate AI training and equip teams with reusable materials • Help teams redesign manual workflows into AI-powered operations • Identify automation opportunities and deliver tools, automations, or templates • Integrate AI agents and automations with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise systems alongside IT Engineering • Harden and refine live automations • Track AI efficiency, error reduction, adoption, output, performance, quality, responsible behavior, and data security • Report impact and progress to the VP of IT and executive leadership • Use business feedback to improve tools, training, guardrails, and the investment roadmap

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years in a senior or lead capacity as an experienced, AI-forward software engineer • Delivered products, integrations, and automations producing measurable business benefits • Ability to build sustainably, document systems, and train others to run and maintain them • Strong working fluency with agentic AI systems, including agent loops, tool use, RAG, and multi-agent workflows • Ability to build and integrate agentic AI systems with enterprise data and systems • Understanding of agent evaluation for accuracy, reliability, and safety • Experience using evaluation tooling before production deployment • Experience developing directly alongside business teams and translating between technical and business functions • Track record of leading practitioner communities, coaching and training people, and raising organizational capability • Preferred: hands-on engineering with multi-agent orchestration, self-correction, evaluation/test harnesses, MCP, and human-in-the-loop controls • Preferred: experience on an AI or technology governance body • Preferred: consumer products, health and fitness, or direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience • Preferred: familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or Workday and layering AI agents onto them • Preferred: creation of structured self-guided training or curriculum materials
