Beschreibung

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable APIs, services, and accessibility-first user interfaces • Deliver AI-native features across carbon accounting, ESG data collection, and sustainability planning • Evolve the platform into modular, event-driven, API-first components • Make engineering trade-offs around scalability, maintainability, performance, and product impact • Own reliability and operational excellence, including telemetry, SLOs, error budgets, on-call rotations, incident response, and continuous service improvement • Champion DevOps practices, including CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and application-level operations • Collaborate with Platform Engineers in a lean DevOps shared service model • Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices • Champion code quality, documentation, automated testing, performance, security, and maintainability • Own the quality and production readiness of deliverables • Partner with Product Management, Design, AI, Platform Engineering, and engineering teams on discovery, trade-offs, and delivery • Solve customer pain points with elegant, scalable engineering solutions • Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve platform architecture and engineering practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong experience in full stack software engineering across front-end and back-end development • Experience with modern front-end technologies, particularly React or similar frameworks • Strong back-end engineering experience, ideally including GoLang or comparable general-purpose programming languages • Experience designing and building scalable APIs, services, and cloud-native applications • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, automation, and incident response • Experience delivering secure, observable, high-quality production software • Focus on code quality, automated testing, documentation, performance, and maintainability • Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions • Effective collaboration and communication across Product, Design, Platform, and Engineering teams • Ownership mindset with accountability from design through production • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP desirable • Experience with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, or microservices desirable • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL desirable • Experience working in cross-functional product teams desirable • Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to engineering standards desirable • Experience with AI-enabled, data-intensive, sustainability, carbon intelligence, ESG reporting, or enterprise SaaS products desirable • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and standards such as GHG Protocol, CSRD, or SBTi desirable • Familiarity with observability, reliability engineering, SLOs, error budgets, and production incident management desirable
