Beschreibung

• Identify and research prospective advertisers through industry research, business intelligence tools, company websites, and market trends • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, social media, text messaging, and other approved channels • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives across multiple markets and business categories • Build and maintain target account lists aligned with business priorities • Personalize outreach messaging based on company initiatives, hiring trends, advertising activity, seasonal opportunities, and industry insights • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activity, and opportunity details within CRM and sales engagement platforms • Conduct account research to identify decision-makers, business challenges, and potential advertising opportunities • Monitor outreach performance and adjust messaging strategies based on results and market feedback • Participate in team training sessions, coaching, role-playing exercises, and ongoing professional development • Support campaign launches, event outreach, webinar follow-up, and special sales initiatives as needed • Meet and exceed established activity, meeting, pipeline, and opportunity generation goals • Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competitive activity, and prospect challenges to sales leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 2 years SDR or Outbound Sales experience • Professional demeanor including outstanding phone etiquette • Ability to balance being creative and adaptable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus • A competitive spirit that thrives in a highly accountable, metrics driven and tech savvy selling environment
