Beschreibung

• Lead the global digital shopping discovery experience across desktop web, mobile web, and native apps. • Define and drive the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for store discovery experiences. • Build differentiated discovery experiences that improve product findability, browsing engagement, conversion, and customer retention. • Own the end-to-end search frontend product experience. • Optimize product card layouts, sorting and filtering options, pagination, and information hierarchy. • Own global navigation architecture including primary nav, mega-menus, breadcrumbs, and category taxonomy. • Own discovery surfaces for promotions, deals, seasonal events, and campaign landing pages. • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers across store discovery domains. • Define and monitor KPIs including search conversion rate, PLP engagement, and bounce rate.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience owning large-scale customer-facing digital discovery experiences across web and mobile platforms. • Strong expertise in ecommerce search, browse, navigation, personalization, and conversion optimization. • Deep understanding of search relevance, ranking systems, filtering/faceting, and AI-powered search technologies. • Experience leading global product initiatives across multiple international markets. • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills with experience using experimentation frameworks and product analytics tools. • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational leadership skills. • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
