Beschreibung

• Shape a connected, intuitive platform that simplifies complex workflows and makes insights more actionable • Shape the next generation of AI-powered and agentic experiences within the Immersive One enterprise cybersecurity platform • Own product problems from early discovery and definition through validation, detailed design, delivery, and iteration • Work closely with Product and Engineering using research, data, and product judgment • Design end-to-end journeys, information architecture, workflows, reusable patterns, and scalable decisions across a complex B2B product • Design flexible, intelligent frameworks rooted in object-oriented thinking • Drive measurable business outcomes and evolve the design system • Lead scalable product experiences from defining the approach through prototyping, validation, and detailed design execution • Integrate intelligent automation and generative AI into user flows • Transform complex cybersecurity data into intuitive interfaces for investigation, analysis, and response • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights with research teams • Champion Object-Oriented UX and reusable components aligned with platform entities • Govern design-system evolution for cross-product consistency, accessibility, and adaptability • Use customer insights, behavioural analytics, and success metrics to guide priorities and measure impact • Collaborate with engineering partners on thoughtful, consistent, and scalable implementation • Help shape the design team’s thinking, craft, and collaboration

🎯 Anforderungen

• Role based within the UK only • Right to Work in the UK without sponsorship • Extensive experience in product or UX design, particularly within complex SaaS enterprise, data-driven, and platform environments • Experience with AI-powered features, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, or AI-native products is ideally desired • Demonstrated experience designing complex enterprise UX, ideally B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure, or technical platforms • Experience shaping design direction across complex products while remaining hands-on in execution • Ability to partner strategically with product, engineering, and research teams • Expertise in systems thinking, sophisticated interaction design, and data-connected workflows • Comfortable using emerging AI tools and rapidly testing ideas with Product and Engineering • Familiarity with or strong interest in Object-Oriented UX (OOUX), advanced information architecture, and data modeling principles • Ability to define, track, and analyze success metrics • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills • Proven ability to influence and align diverse, senior-level stakeholders
