Beschreibung

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client goals. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion. • Lead the implementation of UKG solutions, including HCM (Human Capital Management) and payroll systems. • Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing client systems. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the implementation process. • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, IT, and client staff. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that arise. • Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are in place to validate system functionality. • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives, consultants, and vendors. • Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management. • Gather feedback and incorporate stakeholder input into project planning and execution.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience managing a minimum of two full lifecycle UKG implementations • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare industry projects. • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. • Excellent organization, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills • Excellent Presentation skills • Passion for delivering exemplary customer service • PMP Certification a plus
