Beschreibung

• Investigating and processing assigned insurance claims • Verifying coverage and compensation amounts, per insurance policy • Updating Explanation of Benefits (EOB), pays and closes claim • May order medical records from providers • May communicate with clients and providers during treatment • Works closely with veterinary hospitals, and policyholders to evaluate and review a pet’s medical history to determine a baseline of health

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1 year relevant experience working in a veterinary clinic • Must have flexible availability as the department is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week • Education: Must meet one of the following requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one year college); or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
