Beschreibung

• Own Influur's treasury and financial operations, including cash, collections, payments, AR/AP, and seller relationships • Run treasury operations frictionlessly and automate them • Manage the full accounts receivable and payable cycle • Develop collections strategy and follow-up processes to shorten the collection cycle • Coordinate with sellers on collections and issue resolution • Maintain daily cash visibility and perform reconciliations • Execute vendor and seller payments through an organized payment calendar • Manage operational banking relationships, accounts, movements, and bank coordination • Use technology, AI, and automation to scale financial operations • Maintain documented, current, and reliable controls and reporting • Develop banking and debt strategy, working capital plans, cash flow projections, cash optimization, investments, and fintech projects as the role matures

🎯 Anforderungen

• Real experience in financial operations or treasury • Ownership and drive to grow into the strategic layer • Bilingual Spanish and English • Comfortable with AI and automation • Financial judgment and comfort using technology as leverage • Ability to drive topics to closure and bring solutions • Ability to automate and improve operations rather than only maintain them
