Beschreibung

• Produce AI-generated video content end-to-end: concepting, prompting, generation, post-processing, and delivery • Develop and maintain prompt libraries, LoRA fine-tunes, and reusable production workflows • Work with tools across the full generative stack (Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, ComfyUI, ElevenLabs, etc.) • Collaborate with Marketing and Production teams to align content with campaign goals and platform aesthetics • Define and uphold quality standards for AI-generated output - consistency, realism, and visual coherence • Stay current with the fast-evolving AI video landscape and bring new tools and techniques into the workflow • Iterate quickly based on feedback, A/B results, and platform performance data

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience in video content creation, motion design, filmmaking, or digital media production • Proven portfolio of high-quality AI-generated video content (not just experiments - finished, polished output) • Deep hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools (Runway, Kling, Sora/Veo, Pika, Midjourney, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, or similar) • Understanding of cinematography principles - composition, lighting, motion, color grading - applied to AI generation • Ability to write precise, effective prompts and develop systematic workflows, not one-off generations • Strong aesthetic sensibility and high bar for visual quality • Fluency in English (B2+)
