Beschreibung

• Lead Agentic AI Design & Prototyping workshops with member organizations • Rapidly prototype AI agents, LLM workflows, and intelligent automations using modern AI stacks • Contribute to the development of practical AI resources • Provide advisory support to members as they move from prototype to broader implementation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–8 years of hands-on technical experience including 2–3+ years building, prototyping, or operationalizing AI/ML systems • Practical experience designing and developing AI agents, including orchestration, prompting strategies, tool use, and workflow integration • Experience working in or alongside ML Ops or AI delivery teams • Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of JavaScript • Hands-on experience with modern AI development tools and platforms
