Beschreibung

• Manage, configure, and maintenance of Applicant Tracking systems and associated integrated systems. • Work with assigned team members to present system best practices. • Configure test and production environments. • Provide direction and leadership to ensure professional platform delivery. • Ensure tools and templates are utilized and kept current. • Advise external clients and internal staff on best practices for implementing applications and software. • Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree. • Minimum of two years CRM admin/configuration experience. • Minimum of two years of staffing industry experience, MSP experience preferred. • Ability to problem-solve and communicate conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management in a clear, concise, and well-organized fashion. • Demonstrated ability to assess customer’s needs and translate business requirements to configuration. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. • Willingness and aptitude to learn unfamiliar systems, and to stay informed of new technologies. • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed. • Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial corporate culture and the standards and work ethic consistent with that environment.

• This position is dependent on contract award. • Provide a first-level point of integration and escalation support for client engagements to ensure all team members are aligned in their deployment efforts. • Provide strategic tactical guidance for creating, implementing, and driving efficient and effective delivery strategy, quality, resource management, and support of VMS and HR platforms. • Client support of post-implementation system needs. • Engage with clients to format, collect and reconcile gaps in data. • Actively participate in user acceptance testing. • Support Sales efforts by staging and conducting system demonstrations for potential clients. • Ensure client configuration and business requirements documents are accurate, complete, and signed off by the client. • Lead or participate in business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with clients.
