Beschreibung

• Perform manual, exploratory, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple products and systems. • Design, build, and maintain automated tests and quality tooling using Python and modern testing frameworks. • Validate functionality across web applications, APIs, backend services, blockchain infrastructure, and protocol-level features. • Investigate issues across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and distributed systems. • Analyze logs, metrics, network traffic, and system behavior to identify root causes and quality risks. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. • Contribute to release validation, test strategy, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. • Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate testing, automation, investigation, and overall quality engineering productivity. • Support new products, features, and initiatives as business priorities evolve. • Assist with production investigations, incident analysis, and post-release validation when needed. • Proactively identify quality gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve product reliability and testing coverage.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience testing blockchain protocols, Layer 1 networks, validators, nodes, wallets, smart contract integrations, or Web3 applications. • Experience testing trading platforms, exchanges, financial systems, or other complex distributed applications. • Experience with both manual testing and test automation. • Proficiency in Python and experience developing or maintaining automation frameworks and tooling. • Experience with Playwright, Pytest, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or similar technologies. • Experience testing and debugging REST, gRPC, WebSocket, or other API-driven systems. • Familiarity with blockchain transactions, wallet integrations, blockchain explorers, and smart contract interactions. • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across multiple layers of the technology stack. • Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and domains with minimal guidance. • Comfortable contributing across different products, technologies, and layers of the stack rather than focusing on a single specialization. • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive investigations from problem discovery through resolution. • Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity while applying sound engineering judgment and common sense. • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and challenges.
