Beschreibung

• Report to the Director, Clinical Transformation • Work closely with Payer Account Management and Accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and payment distribution across PQS Enhanced Services programs • Review monthly invoices for Enhanced Services programs and coordinate invoice accuracy with Payer Account Managers • Send finalized pharmacy and PQS invoice details to Accounting monthly for each payer • Ensure invoices are generated when new programs go live • Coordinate payment processing with Finance and Accounting • Verify independent pharmacy affiliations after payments are received • Send revised payment details for month-end disbursement • Send monthly payment breakdowns by organization to enterprise pharmacy contacts • Collect W-9 and EFT information and follow up on outstanding items • Follow up on in-progress and delayed invoice payments • Track PQS revenue and payments by payee • Answer payment-related tickets and inquiries from organizations and pharmacies • Collaborate with PQS staff and parent companies to support the organization’s mission and plans

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, payment operations, or financial coordination • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners • Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision • Ability to observe high levels of business protocol and maintain confidentiality • Ability to work under pressure and meet sensitive, recurring timelines • Prior experience with payment operations, billing, or payer invoicing in healthcare is outstanding-candidate experience • Familiarity with NPI, NCPDP, and Tax ID numbers is an outstanding-candidate qualification • Experience with EFT and ACH disbursement processes is an outstanding-candidate qualification • Entrepreneurship mindset, innovation, nimbleness, commitment to excellent service, and high ethical standards
