Beschreibung

• Own high-impact analytics projects from scoping through delivery • Deliver actionable insights, clear recommendations, and implementation • Serve as the go-to expert for data-led decision-making • Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders • Champion evidence-based decision-making and uplift analytical capabilities across the organization • Develop, track, and evolve KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities • Apply statistical or advanced analytical methods to deepen understanding and guide strategy • Own data quality, governance, and consistency

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of analytics or data experience • Advanced SQL skills • Fluency in Python or R is a plus • Strong experience with modern data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Ability to own complex projects, work autonomously, and prioritize across multiple business needs • Broad experience across domains such as marketing analytics, product performance, financial modeling, or customer insights • Comfortable working with ambiguity and scoping problems independently • Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions and tell compelling data stories • Experience in an international payments company is a bonus • Experience leading or mentoring other analysts or data professionals is a bonus • Understanding of statistical modelling and/or experimentation design is a bonus • Experience building and maintaining scalable dashboards, self-serve tools, and reporting infrastructure is a bonus
