Beschreibung

• Take ownership of end-to-end development across our platform • Emphasis on delivering high-quality, user-centric experiences • Contribute to system design and architecture, shaping APIs, data models, and service boundaries • Implement and maintain backend services, PostgreSQL databases, and infrastructure • Work across the web layer by building and integrating frontend features • Help improve performance and test coverage across our applications

🎯 Anforderungen

• A valid EU work permit and professional proficiency in verbal and written English • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field • Proactive, self-driven, capable of working independently and as part of a small team • Comfortable taking the ownership of projects, from conceptualisation to execution • Strong communicator and collaborator - able to explain complex concepts clearly, present decisions effectively, and write code that’s readable and maintainable • Significant professional experience in modern full-stack development (7+ years) — Must-have • Robust Node.js skills, with solid experience in relational databases, cloud engineering, and authentication systems • Experience with modern development practices as well as unit/integration/E2E/load testing • Strong in TypeScript with understanding of browser rendering pipelines • Familiarity with our current tech stack; React, Next.js/Tanstack Start, PostgreSQL, Prisma, tRPC, GoogleCloud Platform, Auth0 by Okta, Playwright, Tailwind CSS • Experience working in healthcare, or regulated environments — Desirable, but not required
