Beschreibung

• Leads Apptio Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of the Apptio platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adherence to timelines. • Partners with IT, finance, and business leaders to capture and translate requirements into actionable TBM solutions. • Manages the collection, integration, and maintenance of financial, operational, and consumption data for accurate Apptio reporting. • Establishes and maintains a robust Technology Business Management framework to provide transparency into IT spending and value delivery. • Creates governance processes to ensure data quality, tool accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies. • Provides training and ongoing support to key users, ensuring effective adoption of the TBM program across the organization. • Continuously enhances Apptio configurations and reporting capabilities to meet evolving business needs and provide insights into cost optimization opportunities. • Acts as the primary point of contact with Apptio and other TBM-related vendors to ensure tool performance and resolve issues. • Serves as a TBM subject matter expert, advising leadership on best practices and strategic initiatives related to technology financial management. • Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of the TBM program and identify areas for improvement. • Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Education: Bachelor's degree; or Associate’s degree and 2 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required; or HS Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required • Experience: 4 years of progressive work experience in business management, project management or relevant IT or finance experience
