Beschreibung

• Lead cross-functional projects of varying size and complexity • Coordinate stakeholders, assign tasks, and drive accountability while completing project tasks as needed • Partner with executive sponsors and department leaders to scope internal projects • Define objectives, deliverables, success criteria, constraints, and ownership • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and responsibilities • Track progress, remove blockers, manage scope changes, and hold contributors accountable • Coordinate project work across Customer Success, Filing Services, Accounting, Compliance, Product, Development, Sales, Finance, and other departments • Balance strategic initiatives with smaller projects requiring direct execution of routine tasks • Communicate status updates, risk escalations, and decision requests to stakeholders from individual contributors to the C-suite • Facilitate project kickoffs, working sessions, and status meetings; document decisions and next steps • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and interdependencies • Maintain visibility into the internal project portfolio and support leadership prioritization and capacity balancing • Establish and improve project management standards, templates, and tools • Lead post-project retrospectives and apply lessons learned • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4-year college degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred • 3+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity • Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on project manager, balancing project coordination and stakeholder management with direct execution of project tasks as needed • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structure and momentum across multiple concurrent projects • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred • Insurtech or surplus lines experience preferred
