Beschreibung

• Lead administration of U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs • Partner with the Director, Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics to develop and execute global benefits strategy • Coordinate global renewals, implementations, and ongoing benefits activities with regional HR teams, brokers, carriers, and vendors • Serve as strategic advisor and escalation point for complex benefits and leave matters • Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and global benefits requirements and coordinate regulatory updates • Manage broker and vendor relationships, including renewals, service delivery, issue resolution, and performance monitoring • Establish scalable processes, standard operating procedures, controls, and documentation • Use data, technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and employee experience • Provide guidance to the Senior Analyst and HR Operations team members responsible for benefits administration in North America, EMEA, and APAC • Oversee delegated benefits activities • Contribute to compensation initiatives, including Workday testing, data validation, communication reviews, and special projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least seven years of progressive benefits or Total Rewards experience • Experience supporting multinational benefits programs • Strong U.S. benefits administration and compliance expertise • Experience administering self-funded and fully insured health and welfare plans • Experience supporting global benefits compliance, renewals, or implementations across multiple countries • Experience managing brokers, carriers, consultants, and other benefits vendors • Ability to develop scalable processes, documentation, and operating practices • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, changing environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Experience with Workday Benefits, Workday Compensation, or a comparable HRIS • Experience supporting benefits programs in Canada, UK, the Netherlands, India, Australia, and Singapore • CEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or another relevant professional certification
