Beschreibung

• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for enabling retailers to build custom experiences into their storefronts • Build a code editor enabling retailers to customize placements using AI text and image prompts • Define the balance between retailer flexibility and platform coherence • Enable complex retailer add-ons and integrations with third-party tools • Partner with retailers as a strategic thought partner • Collaborate with commercial counterparts and multiple R&D teams • Deliver cohesive, enterprise-ready solutions that retailers can adopt and scale • Drive execution with senior engineering toward meaningful outcomes • Align complex stakeholder groups to a long-term vision • Support the Enterprise Platform team's mission of helping retailers compete online through white-label ecommerce experiences

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of B2B product management or similar experience • Strong experience at the intersection of product and go-to-market • Experience working closely with enterprise sales, marketing, and customer success • Ability to build trust with executives, internally and externally • Ability to guide large, multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and GTM • Ability to handle complex product problems with high ambiguity • Strong product vision and communication skills • Ability to envision the evolution of grocery and e-commerce over the next three years • Ability to translate near-term asks into scalable platform offerings • Ability to incorporate emerging technologies beyond incremental improvements • Ability to build trust with external customers • Ability to identify needs and craft complex platform solutions • Ability to rally internal teams to make high-stakes tradeoffs under ambiguity and tight deadlines • Fluency in product intuition and data, balancing qualitative insights and quantitative impact • Preferred: experience with AI-accelerated creation tools using text/image prompts • Preferred: 2+ years of sales, consulting, or customer discovery with senior executives
