Beschreibung

Continuously learns and experiments while keeping human needs, craft, and responsibility at the center. • This role may take on related responsibilities as needs evolve, aligned to the role’s level and core purpose.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-5 years of experience in front-end/Full-Stack development (leadership experience a plus) • Advanced proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and tooling. • Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and system architecture. • Confident use of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration tools. • Evaluates AI-assisted tools for workflow improvement; experiments with them independently and shares findings with the team. • Passion for leading-edge technology and proven track record researching and implementing new tech effectively • The ability to seamlessly integrate with back-end developers, APIs, dynamic content and templating • Strong understanding of high fidelity design and animation, with the ability to create visually stunning, interactive experiences that are both engaging and accessible. • Fluency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, both with and without frameworks • Experience (or interest) in developing for accessibility and making digital products usable and accessible for everyone • Collaboration, flexibility, hustle, humility, confidence
