Beschreibung

• Work embedded with operations teams, starting with Managed Services, to understand workflows and identify high-volume, painful tasks • Simplify processes before automating them • Build scripts, scheduled jobs, API connections, and data pipelines to eliminate manual work • Connect internal tools, APIs, SQL databases, and other platforms so data moves automatically • Measure processes before and after improvements and continuously refine them • Monitor automations, troubleshoot failures, and maintain production reliability • Train team members on new tools and workflows and document solutions for other teams • Design and build AI-enabled solutions, including LLM text classification and multi-step agents • Use Cursor, Claude, or Copilot to accelerate development while maintaining code quality • Write clean, maintainable Python code using version control, code review, and documentation • Collaborate with DevOps and SRE on deployment, secrets, monitoring, and production health

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 4 years automating and improving processes, or building integrations and software, ideally for a large or high-volume operation • Track record of automating real work and demonstrating savings in time, errors, or extra capacity • Solid Python or similar language for scripting and building integrations • Experience connecting systems through APIs • Experience working with SQL and relational data • Ability to identify process bottlenecks and redesign processes before automating • Hands-on experience building with AI, including putting LLMs or agents into real solutions • Ability to use AI tools to speed up work • Working understanding of LLM patterns, including prompting, tool or function calling, and integrating agents into workflows • Comfort working closely with non-engineering teams and explaining technical concepts without jargon • Self-directed and steady when priorities shift • Troubleshooting and debugging skills, including live production systems • Valid US work authorization that does not now and/or in the future require visa sponsorship by IntegriChain • Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York and be within a reasonable travel distance of the Philadelphia office
