Beschreibung

• Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of telemedicine projects. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic goals. • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts in program development, execution, and evaluation. • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging open communication and idea sharing. • Conduct regular performance reviews, set professional development goals, and provide mentorship to team members. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaborative problem-solving. • Oversee the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of funds and resources. • Implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to track program progress against goals and objectives. • Stay updated with the latest trends in telehealth, identifying opportunities for integration into program activities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 6-8 years of clinical experience • Experience in Digital Health Interventions • Experience in community/public health programs preferred • Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders. • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management. • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Commitment to Intelehealth’s mission of improving healthcare accessibility.
