Beschreibung

• Build, configure, test, and deploy AI voice agents for patient-facing healthcare interactions • Configure conversational flows, NLU intent models, business rules, slot-filling patterns, and multi-turn dialogue structures in the IntelePeer SmartFlow platform • Translate approved healthcare workflow designs into precise, testable agent configurations • Identify ambiguities and escalate design gaps to the Director and Workflow Solutions team • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate builds and identify conversational-flow coverage gaps • Build and maintain real-time integrations with EHR/PM platforms including Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Epic, and athenahealth • Implement API authentication, error handling, retry logic, and data transformation • Test integrations against edge cases, missing data, latency, and failure scenarios • Conduct functional, boundary-condition, integration, and end-to-end testing before formal QA • Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop test cases, reproduce defects, and validate fixes • Maintain configuration change logs, integration specifications, and known-limitations documentation • Contribute to testing frameworks and engineering quality best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors in computer science or relevant industry • Prior experience in healthcare technology • Working knowledge of EHR/PM platforms • Understanding of HIPAA data handling requirements • Familiarity with IntelePeer SmartFlow, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Nuance, or similar CCaaS/CPaaS platforms • Hands-on experience with LLM-based agent development, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) in production contexts • Experience with ASR/TTS configuration, telephony integration, DTMF handling, and latency-sensitive response tuning • Background contributing to engineering standards such as testing frameworks, build checklists, documentation templates, or reusable component libraries • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Must be able to perform sedentary computer-based work and frequent speech communication and hearing
