Beschreibung

• Design and deliver engaging workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions to diverse audiences • Lead change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of M365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions • Develop and implement comprehensive user adoption strategies tailored to client needs • Assess client information management and storage tools, and recommend and implement solutions based on Microsoft 365 • Create and maintain documentation related to Microsoft solution configurations, training materials, and change management plans

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience leading business analysis and requirement gathering processes; experience in project management fundamentals and tools will be useful in this role • Experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot • 2+ years of experience working with SharePoint/Teams structure and content management • 2+ years of experience managing and working with data structures and information management • Comfortable and excited at the responsibilities of creating and presenting workshops and training sessions to diverse groups; this will require excellent ability to communicate in writing and verbally on video calls or webinars to both technical and non-technical audiences, as this is a client-facing role that heavily interfaces with people • 1+ year of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Expertise in creating and driving change management and user adoption strategies • Ability to pass a background check • Beneficial, but not Required: 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform • Experience with Copilot Studio and Agent Builder • Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools and services • Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus • Prior consulting experience is also useful, but not required • Ability to self-guide to solve problems while maintaining attention to detail
