Beschreibung

• Own backlog strategy and prioritization, aligning work with company goals and product vision • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define and drive roadmap execution • Lead weekly planning, capacity management, and delivery forecasting • Proactively identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks • Write and refine complex user stories with clear business and technical context, and lead acceptance testing to enforce quality standards • Drive release planning, timelines, and cross-team coordination • Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, grooming, planning, retrospectives) and partner deeply with engineering to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery • Act as a key stakeholder interface — managing cross-functional communication and expectations — and analyze delivery metrics to continuously improve team processes • Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, inform product decisions, and identify opportunities to embed AI into product features and workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role (equivalent experience considered) • Strong experience leading agile teams and delivery processes • Advanced proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Shortcut, Azure DevOps, or similar • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple teams • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills, with deep analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Solid understanding of system architecture, dependencies, and technical concepts • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, post-merger environment where systems, priorities, and structures are still evolving
