Beschreibung

• Define and execute the end-to-end commissioning strategy across a diverse fleet of power generation assets, including large-scale reciprocating engine plants and gas turbine installations. • Serve as the primary technical authority for gas-fired assets during the transition from engineering through commissioning and into operations. • Lead the review and refinement of EPC contract exhibits related to commissioning, performance testing, and mechanical completion, ensuring commissioning-by-phase requirements are clearly defined. • Direct and manage third-party commissioning teams, defining scope, verifying progress, and ensuring alignment with project schedules. • Ensure capture of high-quality commissioning data, including performance curves and baseline operating profiles, to support long-term reliability programs.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in power plant commissioning, with direct expertise across reciprocating engines and gas turbine technologies. • Demonstrated experience reviewing and refining EPC technical exhibits and performance testing protocols for complex, multi-asset projects. • Strong ability to lead third-party teams while providing technical guidance and challenge to upstream engineering and design decisions. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
