Beschreibung

• Support the execution of donor stewardship initiatives in partnership with the Director • Implement donor stewardship projects for segmented audiences within Development, including alumni, donor experience, events, communications, and engagement touchpoints • Support donor-facing communication and experiences with organizational excellence, warmth, and clarity • Support project timelines, vendor coordination, and cross-team communication • Serve at on-site events as needed • Coordinate stewardship communications and tracking systems • Reinforce stewardship rhythms with constituents in partnership with the supervisor and leadership • Draft and, when appropriate, handwrite donor-facing thank-you cards, invitations, letters, notes, and other materials • Gather and implement feedback • Collaborate with Communications, Field Ministry, and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging, brand, priorities, and culture • Serve as point of contact for a specified audience regarding stewardship-related communication • Prepare briefing materials and internal summaries • Maintain project plans, dashboards, databases, and timelines • Maintain accurate records and list management using platforms such as Salesforce and RegFox • Identify and communicate workflow improvements • Support timely project execution while upholding standards of excellence • Adhere to InterVarsity’s program standard operating systems, policies, and procedures

🎯 Anforderungen

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience in Development, Communications, Project Management, or Donor Relations preferred • Demonstrated ability and commitment to work in a diverse team environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience with current Microsoft software applications • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail • High relational intelligence and discretion • Ability to travel as needed • Ability to develop a ministry support team who will pray, support, and give financially
