Beschreibung

• Provide expert clinical support, education, and training to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on da Vinci cardiac surgery devices and therapies • Provide on-site case support in operating rooms or hybrid ORs for robotic cardiac procedures • Support product setup, troubleshooting, and optimal use during live cases • Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols • Collaborate with the Cardiovascular Sales Manager to expand the user base and cultivate a training pipeline of new surgeons • Support da Vinci Multiport, Single Port, and digital solution adoption • Promote advanced instruments and accessories to enhance surgical performance and surgeon autonomy • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to expand use of da Vinci Surgical Systems and strengthen healthcare-facility partnerships • Conduct physician and care-team training on robotic-platform indications and proper use • Administer individualized onsite surgeon and care-team training and help organize mentoring programs • Support new-site start-ups through onboarding programs and in-services • Provide ongoing education and product updates • Design and implement tailored da Vinci pathways for surgeons and surgical teams • Provide recurring care-team training as needed • Support after-hours and weekend cases as required by territory adoption • Partner with sales, leadership, customer training, and business teams to execute clinical plans and achieve system autonomy • Provide clinical insights to shape commercial strategy and drive business growth • Participate in physician education programs, workshops, and regional/national conferences • Facilitate adoption of digital solutions by enhancing customer infrastructure and capabilities • Collaborate with ancillary equipment manufacturers on strategies for programmatic success • Collect and communicate customer feedback to sales, marketing, and R&D • Stay current on clinical literature, competitive products, and evolving treatment guidelines • Assist with clinical-trial support when required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must live or be relocatable close to a major airport in the New York, Boston, or Philadelphia area • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in science or business • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field required • 2+ years of cardiac surgery (CVOR) experience • Physician Assistant or First Assist experience strongly preferred • Industry experience strongly preferred • Advanced clinical credentials such as RN, PA, NP, or RT preferred • Deep understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and interventional procedures • Working knowledge of typical hospital policies • Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work in high-pressure environments such as the OR/Cath lab • Adaptability to evolving technologies and complex procedures • Team-oriented with a commercial mindset • Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically • May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • Must satisfy applicable U.S. export-control requirements if relevant
