Beschreibung
• Help maximize utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems • Implement the clinical sales plan defined by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager • Become a da Vinci® Surgery expert across core indications for the region • Support regional Sales and Marketing development events that create system awareness and procedure adoption • Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system use • Review and select appropriate cases with surgical teams and ensure consistent system usage • Expand the user base by developing a qualified lead funnel with hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders • Lead surgical teams through training on system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications • Provide case support, guidance, and insight to surgical teams • Manage administrative tasks, sales/procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and expense reports
🎯 Anforderungen
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of two years of experience in support and training in the medical device industry or minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare • Successful experience as sales support or successful experience in Sales • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills • Fluent in English and local language as required • Up to 70% travel and/or presence in the field, depending on business needs • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred
