Beschreibung

• Develop a sales strategy with the Clinical Sales Manager to drive robotic surgical system utilization • Clinically sell the da Vinci Surgical System in the Winchester, VA territory • Manage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications • Serve as a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties • Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption • Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team so they can use the system unsupervised • Expand the user base by working with key opinion leaders • Drive sales of instruments and accessories • Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense report submissions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must live within or be willing to relocate to the Winchester, VA area • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience; medical device experience preferred • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Bachelor's degree required • Proven record of success • Ambition and exceptional work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • May be required to show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • Roles may be subject to U.S. export controls, including possible export-license or Technology Control Plan requirements
