Beschreibung

• Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy that drives robotic-system utilization • Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, operating-room integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications • Serve as a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties • Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption • Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable unsupervised system use • Expand the user base by working with key opinion leaders • Drive sales of instruments and accessories • Mentor new team members toward high performance • Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense-report submissions • Clinically sell to maximize da Vinci Surgical System utilization in the Savannah, GA territory

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must live within or be willing to relocate to the Savannah, GA area • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Bachelor's degree required • Knowledge of the operating room environment preferred • Proven record of success • Ambition and exceptional work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control licensing or a Technology Control Plan, depending on nationality and role
