Beschreibung

• Partner with the Wilmington, DE team in a 24+ month developmental role • Gain knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business • Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management • Guide technical in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other customers • Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users and contribute to team quotas • Develop experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and quota attainment • Manage administrative tasks, including sales/procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and expense reports

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in the military or 1 year of outside sales experience required • Bachelor's degree required • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Proven record of success • Ambition and exceptional work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • Candidates must live very close to or be willing to relocate to the Wilmington, DE area • Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or customers • Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control requirements, including an export license or Technology Control Plan, depending on nationality and role applicability
