Beschreibung

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products within the assigned area • Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met and exceeded • Document service activities, maintain records, and provide reports to stakeholders • Complete administrative tasks and required reports within specified timeframes • Provide technical support to end-users and Intuitive employees • Conduct training sessions at Intuitive facilities, training centers, and hospitals • Perform system inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, field actions, and upgrades • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Intuitive products and associated equipment • Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation • Apply operating-room protocol and HIPAA standards • Manage spare-parts inventory, Field Activity Reports, Return Material Authorizations, and expense reports • Maintain company-provided tools, vehicles, laptops, iPads, and other assets • Collaborate with Sales, Genesis, and other Intuitive teams • Provide feedback to headquarters and participate in continuous-improvement projects • Complete required equipment training, university classes, and professional-development courses • Manage customer needs, system-install-base configurations, customer contacts, training, and events in the assigned area • Provide management with quarterly reviews and assessments of the assigned area

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Ability to travel up to 75% • Willingness to perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management • Reside typically within 30 miles of the assigned territory location or designated area • Ability to work a flex shift, second shift, or other shift as required • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs. • Clean driving record • Ability to obtain and maintain Vendor Credentialing approval for operating-room access • Compliance with vaccination requirements mandated by vendor credentialing • Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems • Good written and oral communication skills • General computer skills • Comfortable working off hours with limited support • Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills • Minimum 1 year of Field Service Experience preferred • Current proof of vaccination may be required by Intuitive and/or customers • Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control requirements
