Beschreibung

• Lead the international field service organization in the specified region • Ensure service activities comply with service agreements and warranty obligations • Manage and develop Field Service Engineers • Develop and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency • Build and motivate a high-performance customer service and support organization • Develop and deploy service delivery plans to meet commitments, maximize customer satisfaction, and minimize operational costs • Collaborate with cross-functional groups and regional sales teams throughout Europe • Optimize inventory levels and material availability while reducing excess inventory • Develop departmental leadership personnel • Ensure preventive maintenance, service, upgrades, and other service contract obligations are fulfilled • Manage call management, escalations, resource dispatch, problem accounts, and priorities • Drive timely resolution of field service issues and closure of Customer Care Accounts • Ensure Field Service staff are appropriately trained • Monitor staffing requirements and resource coverage

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering • Professional experience, preferably field experience, as a field service representative or as a manager/supervisor in the medical industry • Familiarity with O.R. protocols and anatomic terminology is a plus • Ability to multitask and adapt to change while maintaining priorities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent knowledge of English • Strong initiative in decision-making and assumption of responsibilities • Base knowledge of computers and standard software applications • Strong understanding and working knowledge of CRM information systems • Willingness to travel up to 50%
