Beschreibung

• Develop, drive, and support Intuitive’s U.S. marketing efforts for Women’s Health, including Gynecology and Breast • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to accelerate da Vinci adoption in Gynecology and Breast, focusing on da Vinci 5 and SP • Build and execute marketing plans and tactical programs to achieve budgeted growth projections • Develop qualitative and quantitative data and experiences to understand markets, surgeons, practices, patient journeys, and clinical procedure steps • Design strategies, value messaging, collateral, tactics, and programs with demonstrated ROI • Analyze market trends and competition and develop competitive differentiation • Contribute to budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning for projects and programs • Work with Key Opinion Leader surgeons to understand use of the da Vinci Surgical System and communicate its value proposition • Develop KOLs by market segment and build relationships with surgical society members and leaders • Coordinate trade shows, digital and website development, marketing strategies, and campaign tracking • Coach Marketing colleagues on onboarding, marketing standards, and business acumen • Lead cross-functional teams delivering marketing projects and programs • Present to senior and executive Intuitive leadership • Serve as a market expert in Gynecology and Breast surgery and leverage approved claims, surgeon feedback, and sales input • Champion Intuitive’s culture and expectations for success

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12 plus years of marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company preferred • Proven ability to align diverse teams and use influence marketing strategies to drive business impact • Results-driven attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision • Proven ability to solve open-ended problems and work cross-functionally • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, teambuilding, and relational skills • Bachelor degree required • MBA or Masters degree preferred • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Available to work full-time hours • Ability to travel up to 50% • Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required • Must comply with applicable U.S. export-control requirements where applicable
