Beschreibung
• Partner with Area Sales Directors/Managers and Digital Sales Representatives to engage regional Integrated Delivery Networks and hospital IT and digital stakeholders • Support pre-sales strategy by providing technical clarity for digital solutions • Engage customer technical review boards, data and AI governance teams, and networking teams • Deliver technical presentations covering digital vision, data use, and network topology diagrams • Support post-go-live digital solution adoption and protect customer confidence • Prepare Field Service teams and partner functions for successful implementation • Maintain accurate documentation, validated configurations, and timely communications • Own implementation from planning through adoption to ensure smooth go-live and sustained value • Develop technical understanding of Intuitive’s digital portfolio • Synthesize field learnings and customer feedback for Product and Engineering partners • Identify skill gaps and pursue ongoing learning in relevant technologies, project leadership, and stakeholder management • Share best practices and contribute to team-wide performance improvement
🎯 Anforderungen
• 6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital transformation within healthcare • Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure • Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders • Bachelor’s Degree • Comfortable working a flexible dynamic schedule • Able to travel up to 25% • Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas • Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required • Subject to applicable U.S. export-control requirements where relevant
