Beschreibung
• Implement and sustain digital solutions across hospital systems • Lead technical implementation of Intuitive’s digital solutions across regional Integrated Delivery Networks and hospitals from pre-sales readiness through activation and long-term sustainability • Partner with capital teams and Digital Sales Representatives to establish relationships with regional IDNs and hospital IT and digital stakeholders • Support pre-sales strategy by providing technical clarity • Engage customer technical review boards, data and AI governance, and networking teams • Deliver technical product overviews, data flow diagrams, and network topology diagrams • Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes • Prepare Field Service teams and partner functions for successful deployment through documentation, validated configurations, and communication • Support post-go-live digital solution adoption and customer utilization • Synthesize field learnings and customer feedback to influence product roadmap direction • Pursue ongoing learning and share best practices with the team
🎯 Anforderungen
• 6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital within healthcare • Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure • Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders • Bachelor’s Degree • Comfortable working a flexible dynamic schedule • Able to travel up to 25% • Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas • May be required to show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • Some roles may be subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing, or a Technology Control Plan
