Beschreibung

• Lead a high-performing team responsible for implementing and driving sustained adoption of Intuitive’s digital solutions • Hire, develop, coach, and provide structured feedback and development plans to Technical Solution Consultants • Set and enforce execution standards for Digital Implementation individual contributors • Drive seamless digital activations by identifying and eliminating customer-readiness challenges • Ensure rigorous technical validation, clean handoffs, and first-time implementation success • Build relationships with hospital technical stakeholders and enable Voice of Customer engagement with Product Management • Relay customer feedback and field learnings to Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and remove systemic barriers • Support digital product onboarding and commercial readiness by translating product capabilities and technical requirements into scalable implementation workflows • Represent Digital Implementation in product development and launch readiness • Review technical architecture, navigate complex hospital IT environments, and manage escalations • Serve as an escalation point for high-priority implementations requiring cross-functional coordination • Align with Capital and Key Account leadership to embed digital pillars into the capital sales process • Review performance and opportunities with capital and key account partners quarterly • Provide leadership with regional performance insights on milestones, resources, risks, and customer readiness • Elevate field feedback to inform product and process improvements

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital transformation within healthcare • 5+ years of experience leading a high-performing team of technical individuals • Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, on-premise infrastructure, networking infrastructure, healthcare data security, and EMR/PACS interfaces • Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders • Demonstrated success working within a remotely distributed team and cross-functional groups and resources across multiple geographies and time zones • Bachelor’s Degree • Comfortable working a flexible dynamic schedule • Able to travel up to 25% • Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas • May be required to show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control licensing or Technology Control Plan requirements
