Beschreibung

• Architect & Build – Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and intuitive frontend interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB. • Product partnership – Engage with PMs and Designers from ideation through delivery: scoping feasibility, identifying edge cases, decomposing large initiatives into deliverable milestones, and offering technical input that strengthens product decisions early. • Technical Leadership – Set best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system design. Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews. • AI & Innovation – Champion new technologies and approaches to improve our product and engineering process, leveraging AI and other tools.

• Product mindset – you think about the user, and you ask 'why' we are building something so that you can best solve the users’ problems. • Strong coding practices & strong eye for quality and 'code smells' – you use AI, and you know how to step in and keep quality high when it matters. • Effective use of AI tools – you are responsible for the code you produce, and you are excited about using the best tools to produce that code. • Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building scalable and efficient solutions. • Ability to effectively collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of features and projects from ideation to delivery.
